To guarantee the best possible experience for all our clients, we offer a practical and transparent booking system. In order to ensure the smooth running of the service and the quality of our customer service, we would like to share some guidelines and rules that you should consider when making your reservation.
Before you make your reservation, we’ll share some information so that your experience at Vermuteria da Baixa is light, fluid and full of flavor.
Reservations for up to nine people are accepted automatically.
Reservations with ten or more people are subject to confirmation by our team, subject to availability. The maximum number of people per booking is fourteen.
The terrace is open on a first-come, first-served basis and is not subject to reservation.
We don’t have group menus; each person chooses what they want at the moment.
Reservations are allowed fifteen minutes after the scheduled time. After this period, the table can be released.
If you can’t make it, please cancel your reservation at least twenty-four hours in advance. This will ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the experience.
